Tony Ginty, manager of the Colonial Ridge Retreat at Salamander Bay (45 mins north of Newcastle) engaged the team here at Impact Resort Marketing to conduct a marketing program that would increase their occupancy rate. The Colonial Ridge Retreat had no trouble filling-in peak periods eg. School holidays and long weekends, but was having difficulty during off-peaks periods, such as winter and midweek.
After several phone conferences and emails we worked out a suitable package for Tony. It involved using Colonial Ridge’s database of existing clients.
Impact Resort Marketing in conjunction with Tony provided a special package that would entice existing customers back for a short stay throughout the quieter months for a minimum three (3) night stay mid week or weekend (this can be varied for your resort) without affecting current referrals or re-booking statistics.
